Ucayali Hotel - Sinop

The hotel was conveniently located near my conference venue and transportation was easy to arrange. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food options that were tasty and filling. the fitness room was well-equipped and allowed for a good workout.

The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained. I found myself with a broken air conditioning unit and a dirty bathroom.

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, their limited English proficiency can make communication difficult at times.

We spent two amazing nights at this cozy hotel and had a wonderful time. the rooms were very clean, and the air conditioning worked great, perfect for the hot weather. the breakfast buffet was simply delicious, they offered a variety of options to choose from, and the outdoor pool was refreshing and relaxing. Best aspects: the hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to amazing restaurants and bars, and just a short walk away from the beach. the staff was always friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the hotel offered a free wifi connection, which was useful to keep in touch with friends and family.

There was nothing we disliked about this hotel; It was a pleasant experience all the way around.
